Transferring knowledge and building capacity
SIRRIS offers training and mentoring services based on accepted evaluation standards and results-based management principles that apply to government interventions and non-profit sector activities.
With learning organizations, we can conduct reviews of evaluation functions and of performance measurement systems to assess organizational capacity and identify opportunities for improvement as part of the approach to results-based management (see graphic below).
In all our projects, we ensure that we systematically transfer knowledge and build capacity in a way that responds to our client needs.
Our experience also includes teaching at l’École nationale d’administration publique (Université du Québec) as well as providing workshops and facilitation training sessions offered by various organizations (Canada School of Public Service, The World Bank at Carleton University).
